Caring & Sharing 2019

2022 Christmas Caring & Sharing Launches the 1st Sunday of Advent | November 27, 2022

We are privileged once again to be able to bring hope to so many through the annual Caring & Sharing ministry.  Working in partnership with local ministries, this year we have committed to:

  • 85 Children’s pajamas

  • 30 Dads’ Christmas Gifts

  • Full Christmas (stockings, presents, food) for approximately 15 people

  • Full Christmas (stockings, presents, food) for approximately 20 people/6 families

The last couple of years approximately $10,000 has flowed through this ministry.  Needs inevitably exceed what we have committed to above.  But with God’s good grace, working through us, we have been able to meet the needs time and time again.  It is always a blessing to see so many people take part in this ministry initiative.

  • Buy a gift(s) - Take an ornament with gift suggestions included from the Caring and Sharing Tree.

    • Bring the wrapped gift(s) with the original tag to the church before 10:00 am Sunday, December 18.

  • Fill a stocking(s) - Take a stocking with gift ideas included from the Caring and Sharing Tree.  Bring the stocking with the original tag to the church before 10:00 am Sunday, December 18.

  • Make a financial contribution and we will do the shopping for you.  Please mark your contributions as “Caring & Sharing”

  • Shop for gifts.

  • Drive to deliver on Sunday, December 18

  • Show Up to be a packer/wrapper Sunday, December 18 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

    • Help to coordinate and package each family’s gifts with care.

Whatever your talents they are greatly needed and appreciated. Thank you in advance for your prayers and participation. May our blessings over flow.

Below is a list of shelf staples ~ we will do the fresh shopping (yes financial contributions are welcome!)  Let’s share our abundance and help those within our community that are less fortunate.
